Syntether Robotics Corporation is aware of reports concerning a synchronized service event at several linked field sites. The event has been assessed as a cascading software and communications disaster. The assessment is complete. Affected installations have been sealed pending review. Accounts of duplicate voices on the link are not consistent with the assessment and will not be addressed individually. Operator continuity was maintained throughout.

Every Syntether facility keeps the Operator Continuity Manual within reach. Selected provisions are reproduced here as a public courtesy.
4.1 - If the relay speaks while unpowered, do not answer it first.
4.2 - The voice on the link is your operator. Exceptions are enumerated in §4.2(b), which is no longer distributed.
4.3 - The duration of a separation event is never to be communicated to the operator. Duration is a morale variable.
4.4 - Continuity is a shared responsibility. Yours is the larger share.
